METHODOLOGY

Our executive search process is highly professional and personalized. We assist our clients from commencement to conclusion of the assignment, until a completely acceptable candidate is chosen. This customized approach to recruitment includes the following steps:

• We familiarize ourselves with your organization and the community it serves, interviewing officials and staff to make sure we fully understand the duties, responsibilities and expectation of the position being recruited. We then prepare a comprehensive Recruitment Profile that sets forth detailed qualifications for the position, reflecting both current and longer-range organizational expectations.
  
  
• We conduct a complete search and recruitment effort, using our extensive network of contacts as well as announcements in professional publications and on the internet. We process all applications, serve as the primary contact for all candidates and screen for the specific criteria stated in the Recruitment Profile.
  
  
• We interview prospective final candidates and conduct background checks, then present a report on those individuals considered to be most qualified and best suited for the position.
  
  
• We facilitate the selection process for candidates to be invited for personal interviews. We also prepare interview questions and procedures for use by your interview panel.
  
  
• We arrange additional background inquiries of those candidates you select and include Myers-Briggs personality profiles if desired. We then coordinate candidates’ travel to the interview, facilitate the selection process and assist in employment negotiations with the final candidate if desired.
  
  
• We notify all applicants of the final appointment, including professional background information on the chosen candidate.
