Sharon M. Morien
Sharon Morien is Vice President of The PAR Group and participates in executive search and general management consulting assignments.
Ms. Morien has over ten years of experience in the combined areas of human resource management, local government, and public management consulting. Prior to joining The PAR Group, she served as Personnel Technician/Assistant at both Holy Family Hospital in Milwaukee and the Village of Skokie, Illinois. Her work with The PAR Group has included specialty interviewing, job analysis and position classification, development of compensation plans and facility studies. She is also a member of the executive recruitment team.
Ms. Morien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee and a Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois.
