Diana Fisher

Diana D. Fisher is an Associate Vice President with The PAR Group participating in executive search and general management consulting assignments. She has an extensive background in human resource management, leadership and customer service, with experience overseeing and managing staff in state government as well as the corporate world.

While in state government, Ms. Fisher was responsible for the development of policies and procedures for governmental agencies. She identified processes within the Vehicle Services Division to reduce customer and employee frustration and streamlined required work procedures. She was also responsible for vendors being in compliance with their contracts and oversaw their billing services. Ms. Fisher was Project Manager for the expansion of several MVD Field Offices throughout New Mexico including negotiating with the U.S. Air Force to place an MVD Field Office on Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  

In her corporate career, Ms. Fisher developed procedures for personal development and performance management. In addition, she developed the skills of subordinates through goal-setting, delegation, training, coaching, and team building. She also recommended staffing levels and personnel actions such as interviewing, hiring, promoting, salary allocations, performance evaluations and progressive disciplinary actions.  

Ms. Fisher has been a chairperson and member of numerous committees during her career. She is a Charter Member of Toast Masters International Club Number 1485.23 and has been recognized for her community service in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

Ms. Fisher holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  She also received a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Certificate of Achievement in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University.
