Denise E. Burchard
Denise Burchard is an Associate Vice President of The PAR Group, working on both executive search and general management consulting assignments. She has over 11 years experience in the combined areas of local government and public management consulting, including service with the Villages of Western Springs, Woodridge and Bloomingdale, Illinois, where she held increasingly responsible management positions.
Through her work in the public sector, Ms. Burchard has had extensive involvement in designing and managing personnel programs including hiring, testing and evaluating employees. Since joining The PAR Group in 2002, Ms. Burchard has been involved in all areas of executive recruitments and has also participated in job analysis and position classification, the development of compensation plans, as well as performance tools and programs.
Ms. Burchard has been very active and held office with several professional associations and non-profit organizations. She has also been a past faculty member at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, teaching in the area of business management and supervision.
Ms. Burchard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Public Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University. In 2007, Ms. Burchard also completed training to become qualified as an administrator and interpreter of the Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory.
