Two Managers since 1990. $34.8 million Town budget plus $48.1 million school budget approved by Town Council; 150 FTE's serving Town government. BA required; Master’s degree preferred. Significant and progressively responsible experience as a manager or assistant in a community of comparable size and complexity preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, budget/fiscal management, economic development, team building, and labor relations experience required. Residency required within agreed upon time of appointment. Appointed by 9 member Town Council elected every two years on a partisan basis.
