Salary DOQ-midpoint of salary range is $138,727. Current executive manager has served since 1993. Appointed by and reports to Commissioners Court as one of six executive managers in the county. $663.7 million total budget: 4,532 FTEs. County is seeking energetic, innovative candidates with successful background of service in strategic planning and budgeting or in similar executive level position. Strong emphasis on management, interpersonal and consensus building skills. Proven track record in financial management and budgeting, team building and organizational relations a plus.
